Financial equity and cuasi – equity instruments will be used as investments tools, such as common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible debt in stocks and subordinated debt. Those instruments can be combined with regular loans, certificate of stock purchases, options or any others that the Company and LIM consider convenient. The structure of the investment’s instruments and the investment contract will vary from case to case based on the specific characteristics of each company.
